Located in Taiwan, Crown Machinery is a leading designer and manufacturer of professional equipment. We are built on a solid foundation of expert designers, highly skilled manufacturers, state of the art technology, and superior materials. In recent years, the trend in industry is to move towards automatic means of production, allowing high-quality goods to be made efficiently and with a higher production capacity. We continually improve the design of our existing machines and research and develop new models in order to better satisfy the needs of industry.

Established in 1992, we specialize in machines for various coating dipping, drying, and laminating processes. Currently, our customers cover many different industries: PU & PVC synthetic and artificial leather manufacturing; textile, non-woven, and wallpaper printing and processing; and precision coating of photoelectric products.

Initially, our focus was on PU & PVC nonwoven substrate, but in 1995 we expanded our capability to include film substrate. Our coating precision was improved from 10um to 1um.

From 1996~2007, we developed various coating machines for all types of tape manufacturing. Our tape coating lines are used widely in the tape industries for packaging tapes, stationary tapes, electrical tapes, masking tapes, double-faced tapes, and surface-protection tapes. Our BOPP tape line is capable of running at 350m/min with a maximum web width of 2 meters.

In 2000, our equipment received CE certifications (MD "Machinery Directive," LVD "Low Voltage Directive," and EMC "Electromagnetic Compatibility") and began to be sold to countries in the European Union. We then introduced ISO9001:2000 quality control and the 5S methodology to enhance our quality, efficiency, and environmental management.

In 2001, Crown Machinery entered the semi-conductor material area for providing equipment to manufacturers of CCLs (Copper Clad Laminates) and PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards). We specialize in coating, high-temperature curing, and intermittent coating of copper substrate.

To meet the demands for VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) emission reduction and environmentally friendly manufacturing processes, in 2003 Crown Machinery successfully developed solventless coating equipment for hot melt, 100% solids silicone, and UV curing coating. Our products are being used for the manufacture of tapes, labels, graphic displays, release liners, and more.

In order to meet the requirements for the photo-electrical (LCD) industries, in 2004 we developed precision coating equipment for cleanroom operation. Our designs of class 1000 cleanroom equipment, scratch-free manufacturing process, precision coating capability, and air-flotation drying technology are widely used in the photo-electrical industries. We can also provide cleanroom planning, designing, building, and commission services.

With our diversified products and capabilities, we are expanding to other areas, such as the medical, personal care, aerospace, etc. industries. We have sold our equipment worldwide to countries in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North America, Central America, and South America.
